There's SO much talk about training your body, but what about your mind? Mastering your mindset will set you up for amazing things in life, not just this short time around planning your wedding ❤️
Let's talk about a few mindset shifts to empower you rather than frighten the life out of you:
1️⃣ RESET TO THE POSITIVE
When you start to feel a negative emotion coming on, are you even aware of it? Is it something that you feel you can catch yourself and switch it off easily?
2️⃣ KNOW WHAT FUELS YOUR NEGATIVITY
Is it social media? Is it the news? Is it your social circles?
Can you stop scrolling? Turn off the TV or cut those people out? How can you take care of YOU?
Are you a 'list' person? Could writing down your feelings be a great way to handle your emotions?
4️⃣ PRACTICE MINDFULNESS
This is an interesting one, have you ever thought about what YOU'RE projecting into the world? How are YOU rubbing off on your circle?
5️⃣ CLEAR YOUR MIND
When you're feeling foggy, try these three things:
- Acknowledge the issue
- Ask yourself, 'If I were a positive, powerful person, what would I do to resolve this or make myself feel better in this moment?'
- Take your answer to help you in shifting your focus and taking action to make it better.
