When joining the Wed-in-Bliss Bridal Bootcamp, you will need to take some precautions as your health and safety are the most important to us.
To avoid any injury or harm, you'll need to check your health with your doctor before exercising. By performing any fitness exercises without supervision like with this virtual Bridal Bootcamp, you are performing them at your own risk.
See a fitness professional in person to give you advice on your exercise form. All of our coaches here at Wed-in-Bliss are heavily qualified but will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of the virtual classes on our timetable. Where possible, we will always offer low-intensity versions of different exercises and will always advise that you go at your own pace.
Information given here should not be used for diagnosing or treating a health problem. If you have a medical condition which may be adversely affected by exercise or nutrition, you should always consult your doctor before following any exercise information given here. We have no liability whatsoever in respect of any use you make of such information given during classes, nutritional advice or any other workshops and challenges that we run here in the Bridal Bootcamp. We always have the best interest of our members at heart and will always work to provide you with information that is accurate, current and complete where possible.
Since this Bridal Bootcamp is a virtual, online service, all of our live events will be recorded and streamed live into the main membership group. At times, these live events may include the option to open up your camera, presenting similarly to a classroom scenario. These will then be included in a library of videos for members to watch back at any time.
You will always have the option to leave your camera switched off for such events. There is always the potential that we will use clips from these videos to best present the Bridal Bootcamp for advertisement across our social media platforms and groups online.
